Position : Manager/Senior Manager/VP - Talent Development

Job Location : Hyderabad

Required Exp : 7 to 13 years

Required Education : MBA HR (Full Time) - Premier Institutes (Batch 2010 to 2016)

Required Skills/Exp :

- Exp in Leading talent development activities including identification, design and implementation of developmental interventions

- Exp in Leadership development

- Exp in developing high potential employees are mid and senior management levels

- Exp in training delivery and managing learning vendors

- Exp in employee proficiency augmentation by engaging premier academic institutions

- Proven competence and experience in managing leadership/management and personal effectiveness projects through to delivery in complex multi stakeholder environments

- Track record in personal delivery/ facilitation of leadership/management and personal effectiveness training programmes to senior level leaders

- Practical and theoretical knowledge of adult learning with the ability to design programmes incorporating a variety of approaches including online learning Experience of and credibility in working as a consultant to leaders in the business

- Exposure or qualification in Instruction Design/ Leadership frameworks/ Learning solution design/ CADDIE/Development and assessment centres

- Strong expertise in group facilitation

- Experience and track record in managing budgets, ability to work independently and with teams

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
