Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition(Only Male)
The role would be responsible to drive Talent Acquisition agenda for volume hiring at Pan India level.
- Responsible for managing and developing existing and new innovative channels of recruitment.
- Conceptualizing, designing and implementing hiring strategy along with Head Talent Acquisition for volume hiring and thereby increasing ROI (Cost, time and quality of new hires) from various cost effective and innovative channels of recruitment.
- Partner with business on recruitment strategies and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix work to drive volume hiring with the goal to recruit and hire exceptional talent.
- Develop sustain strong relationship with business / stakeholder through proactive communication and commitment to understanding the services and needs of the assigned business lines.
- Partnering closely with Zonal HR Managers to ensure hiring is within the approved budget and agreed SLA.
- Planning targets, monitoring proper implementation of hiring plan and achieving the overall volume hiring target on daily, weekly and monthly basis in adherence to the set standards.
- Refining and managing consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process that support positive candidate experience.
