Roles And Responsibilities :
Sourcing & Source Mix Management :
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source candidates for various roles.
- Define and implement employer branding activities & pitching processes for sourcing talent.
- Manage the optimization of sourcing channels like LinkedIn, naukri.com, iimjobs etc.
- Market research to map out the competition landscape of talent and attract them.
- Develop new models to build active source of technical roles like Doctors, specialized technicians.
Selection & offer Process Management :
- Define the selection process for various level of positions & ensure process is adhered
- Ensure Reference checks are done before finalization for senior level positions
- Prepare position and compensation fitment of the selected candidate and roll out the offers
- Ensure pre-joining/joining formalities of all new recruits are completed
Analysis, Dash boarding & MIS : Hiring Funnel Management:
- Build recruitment metrics aligned to Business strategy
- Analyze the complete funnel of hiring and take short-term and long-term actions to improve the funnel ratios. Continuously review the SLA, hiring cost and hiring budget
- Regular dash boarding for stakeholders. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reviews of hiring to be done
TA process - Define & Implement:
- In future, the person might be required to setup Recruitment shared service or RPO
- Prepare and adhere to manpower planning and budgeting for the year
- Define the compensation band & matrix as per the job and market benchmarking
- Develop higher order of selection skill in the organization
- Ensure continuous automation of recruitment process
- Experience: 5-10 years+
- Qualification Background: MBA in HR is must
- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
- Prior Experience/Background: Should have experience in managing TA COE for 3-4 years in retail/multi-unit/distributed workforce setup
- Reporting to: Head HR - Field Operations
- Hiring Volume - 800+
