Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management - Building Materials (15-20 yrs)
Our client is a leader in their segment in India with a vision to make the organization more progressive.
As the Senior Manager - TM & TA, you will be responsible for setting up the entire Talent Management framework for the organization, define processes and policies around Talent Reviews, succession planning, hi-pot identification, retention strategies, employee value proposition, employer branding, leadership hiring, streamlined induction and onboarding, etc.
Senior Manager - TA & TM (Building Materials) - Full time MBA only (6 days working)
A successful candidate must:
1. Come with 15-20 years of experience
2. Must have experience in both recruitment and talent management, with a minimum of 5 years in a talent management portfolio
3. Have excellent communication skills
4. Have a full time MBA
5. Be willing to work 6 days a week
