Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for establishing best-in-class Talent Acquisition practices for all levels using traditional sourcing strategies as well as innovative recruiting ideas for all levels. The position is : - Open for Female candidates. - Based in Pune and reports to VP - HR, - Will also lead a team of geographically dispersed, high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiters. - Must be able to foster a positive work environment and ensure Company policies and procedures are followed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiters to ensure that the team's competencies are continually developed and that recruiting targets are achieved. - Provide overall strategic direction for the team by ensuring that plans, programs and services strongly align with business strategies and priorities. - Implement the recruiting and staffing philosophy and approach for all areas of the business. - Oversee recruiting and staffing operations and providing guidance on recruiting issues as they arise. - Develop and drive pipeline strategies in tandem with enterprise-wide strategies including university partnerships and other community outreach programs. - Design and develop communications in support of recruiting and staffing policy updates or changes and ensure adherence to these policies. - Provide opportunities for team communication, development, education, and relationship building both internal and external - Partner with Vertical Managers/HOD/Directors and HR to understand business needs and effectively source and deliver talent necessary to achieve business outcomes. - Establish and maintain KPI's with the key stakeholders to measure staffing performance and ensure business needs are met. - Compiles and analyzes key staffing data, trends, and insights to recommend strategies and initiatives. - Partner and supports talent acquisition team members to create effective sourcing strategies for difficult searches. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, (Verbal and written) Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources or psychology - Minimum seven 7 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a ITES / IT or a related industry - Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of management experience. Prior Experience in : - Managing geographically dispersed teams - Managing a large pool of Contractors/Vendors - H-1B process - Applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology tools (social media, CRM, ATS) - Proven ability to implement successful, cost-effective and creative sourcing strategies in competitive employment market conditions - Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of team members, managers, and executives. - Strategic thinking and vision for best-in-class talent processes - Superior communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Able to work in a fast paced, high stress, and productive work environment - Able to be a self-motivated, independent worker - Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
