Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Semi Durable Brand (7-12 yrs)

We have a very urgent position in one of the leading semi - durable organizations across the following location :

LOCATION - Mumbai ( Andheri East )

OFFERED CTC - negotiable ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition

DESIGNATION - Sr. Manager

REPORTING : Head HR

Reportee : 1

JOB DESCRIPTION ( indicative ) :

- Responsible for end to end talent acquisition strategy for sales as well as corporate functions Pan India.

- Monitor & regulate the hiring practices at plant locations & branch locations.

- Resource planning through active partnering with functional leaders to understand profiles & hiring needs along with channels optimization

- Manage external and internal hiring process, external hiring agencies and other hiring partners

- Manage end to end hiring process from sourcing till on boarding of the candidates

- Design TA framework - define recruitment process, create interview matrix, engage with key stakeholders and external hiring partners, create JD directory

- Drive and supervise Campus engagement program for Pan India

- Responsible for driving core TA projects e.g TA dashboards, cost effective hiring projects and other key TA projects.

- Work closely with HR teams around identifying and participating in external TA forum.

- Work closely with Business leaders around the key pipeline hiring projects and key hiring expansion projects.

- Responsible for the annual ongoing audits.

- Team management.

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - ANY INDUSTRY . Candidates with within industries such as HR Consulting / BFSI, FMCG / CD / Telecom / Retail / Pharma / Ecommerce etc, having EXPOSURE in a relevant role currently or previously. Candidates in CORPORATE TA role with exposure in DESIGNING & EXECUTION of TA framework will be most preferred.

NOTE : Candidates who are business partners profiles not based out of corporate & are not Corporate TA specialists, pls excuse ! Zonal / Regional profiles without any Corporate TA exposure, pls don- t apply !

TRAVEL : Yes ; 4 - 5 days in amonth.

NOTE : Mumbai based candidates who can join in one month's time. 30 days or nearby Notice period max is most preferred. Candidates with non negotiable 60 days + Notice period please don't apply !
