This role is planned to scale up our Sales Hiring BU. Manage end to end relationships with key senior leadership teams, TA delivery and reporting. Manage a team of few TA Partners (FTE / FTC) and also ensure focus of hiring in BU for- D&I, Employee Referral, Social Media platforms and Campaigns & communications
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for TA sourcing, screening, delivery of customer success groups hiring
- Someone with an eye for detail, reporting & be able to relate it to execution on ground
- Manage a team of experienced and fresh TA Professionals
- Work in an agile manner with all stakeholders and ability to work independently
- Ability to research, Market map and head hunt talent from market
- Ability to conduct primary / secondary industry benchmarking of HR processes/ practices, and ability to interpret and analyse data
- Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment, engage with leaders and manage some extent of ambiguity
Minimum qualification & experience
- Be a strong Collaborator
- Proven implementation capability of projects and programs working with multiple stakeholders
- Must have effective communication skills, strong internal customer service orientation and employee relations skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and prioritize work based on demand.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word.
- Strong statistical, analytical, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and have proven record of maintaining sensitive information
