Senior Manager- TA Sales


Purpose of your Role :

- This role is planned to scale up our Sales Hiring piece. Delivery and work on key programs of TA - D&I, Social Media platforms and Campaigns & communications

You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities :

- Designing, planning, and coordinating talent acquisition efforts for the BU & ensuring the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support local, regional, and global activities

- Act as consultant to the business on a wide variety of talent acquisition strategies, programs, and processes

- Working with the leadership team managing executive level recruiting searches from time to time

- Designing and leading high impact talent initiatives that support & encourage diversity & inclusion, strategic sourcing and building proactive talent pipelines.

- Ensuring the employer brand positioning is relevant in the local and global market to attract the right talent against current and future workforce planning strategies

- Being an active brand ambassador and strong external and internal networker, representing the firm as an employer of choice.

- Ensuring adherence to the TA global governance framework that includes supplier management, performance management, internal audit & quality assurance.

- Coaching of the TA team with a focus on driving a high-performing team through KPI and SLA management and reporting, reinforcing a data-based approach to measuring performance and delivery

You Are :

- Experience successfully building and leading a high performing talent acquisition organization function

- Developed and implemented global talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment preferably with a global technology company

- Strategic thinking, with an ability to drive cross functional and regional implementation

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels

- Proven experience in driving direct sourcing, ideally with a background in executive search

- Thought leadership with people management skills (including the ability to manage remotely), with a background in managing a team of recruitment professionals in a fast paced, high volume and quickly evolving work environment.

- Strong process orientation, technology & organizational navigational skills in a large fast-growing organization.

- Proven experience working in a corporate matrixed environment, either on a global or regional level

- Extensive experience in building pre-hire candidate sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and candidate assessment

- Data analytical and results oriented approach with strong solution-based mind-set.

- Strong relationship experience in managing the candidate lifecycle through an applicant tracking system.

- Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices in the operating locations

- Demonstrable expertise in building strong relationships, collaborating across geographical boundaries, networking, negotiating and influencing skills

- Excellent at organizing and coordinating to get things done; strong project management skills; Able to multitask, deal with complexity, manage multiple deliverables.

- Excellent technology skills and able to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms.
