- 4-5 years of work experience, having dealt with recruitment and onboarding directly for 2-3 years
- Thrives in High intensity of Speed & Challenges
- Handled a team of atleast 3 with accountability on delivering targets for at least 2 years
- Grit - Has the disposition to fail fast to learn fast - unafraid of failures
- Designed concept notes, frameworks for hiring or other HR processes
- Resilience - displays stretch as and when required while maintaining composure, and team morale
- Designed salary structures, compensation programs
- Delivered process efficiency improvement projects (TAT, Costs)
- Designed, launched and delivered Hiring Manager orientation session
