Our client is a large and fast growing services organization. They are part of a large conglomerate and are scaling up 2x YOY.
They are looking to hire a smart Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for their organization in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Recruitment Strategy
- Own end-to-end hiring process, numbers & metrics
- Managing a team of 4-5 recruitment managers and teams under them
- Responsible for hiring across levels
- Managing Stakeholders and their expectations
- Ensure Timely & within-cost hiring
- Employer Brand Management
The Need:
- PG/MBA in HR preferred - but experience is key
- 10+ years in Talent Acquisition
- Must have exp in managing a large team (10+)
- Must Have exp in Hiring for Freshers to Senior mandates
- Have experience in managing volume/Sales/FOS hiring
- An experience in Tech hiring is preferable
- Be able to take responsibility for all hiring numbers & TAT
- Have experience in hiring thru non-traditional mediums
- Must have worked in fast moving, high stake hiring environments
- Stake holder Management, Data insights & Reporting
- Smart Communicator
