PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The role is planned to scale up Technology Hiring piece and ensure delivery and work on key programs of TA - D&amp;I, Social Media platforms and campaigns &amp; communications KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Owns planning and execution of Key TA Projects with ownership of program managing them - Responsible for assigned BU Delivery of Open Roles - Have an eye for details, innovation &amp; be able to relate it to execution on ground - Benchmark and identify new trends, gaps in the market - Identify technology, organizations working on next gen solutions in TA - Work in an agile manner with all stakeholders and ability to work independently - Ability to conduct primary / secondary industry benchmarking of HR processes/ practices, and ability to interpret and analyse data - Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment, engage with leaders and manage some extent of ambiguity QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE - Masters in Business Management with a degree in HR or any equivalent degree - Over 8 plus years of experience and managing a team - Be a strong Collaborator - Ability to articulate ideas into workable projects - Proven implementation capability of projects and programs working with multiple stakeholders - Must have effective communication skills, strong internal customer service orientation and employee relations skills. - Ability to handle several tasks at once and prioritize work based on demand. - Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint &amp; MS Word. - Strong statistical, analytical, communication, and organization skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and have proven record of maintaining sensitive information
