Job Description - Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition (15-18 years)

Client Details :

One of the largest multinational professional services and accounting firm. In addition, they are a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services.

Description :

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for :

- Leading Talent Acquisition vertical for the Mumbai region across all lines of businesses

- Play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and onboarding the right talent internally / external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time.

- Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency.

- Managing a team of 6-7 recruiters who are all at Managerial level -Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.



- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing

- Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy

- Ensure the right Organisation Design for the business by way of -Diagnostics, Competency Mapping, Clearly defining Roles, Establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control

Profile :

Should have a full-time MBA with 15 plus years experience in a core Talent Acquisition profile. Experience in handling bulk recruitment across all levels within tight deadlines is an absolute must. Exposure to managing senior stakeholders for different businesses is very critical for the role
