- Build and Implement Talent pipelines and strategies for the current and future hiring in the organisation
- Manage complete recruitment life-cycle which includes understanding and aligning with business specifications, providing timely and appropriate feedback to all involved in the interviewing process and ensuring closing of the position
- Drive and deliver on the Gender & Inclusivity hiring targets to contribute to the organisation's D&I goals
- Periodic tracking, reporting and delivery across key hiring metrics including source mix, TATs, Offer Acceptance Rate (OAR)
- Achieve TA targets in Net Promotor Score (NPS) for candidates & hiring managers and Attrition rate in New Joinees
- Lead strategic & tactical TA projects including market mapping of target industries, diversity hiring in sales, monthly hiring campaigns
- Manage the leadership hiring across the organisation
- Prepare and implement the annual talent acquisition budget
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
- Manage external partnerships with recruitment partners & vendors
