Looking for someone who has previous experience in a professional services environment, with experience at a consulting/ advisory firm preferred but not necessary.
Major Responsibilities :
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for involves managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for campus and lateral hiring. This is supported by creative advertising and sourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates in a time sensitive manner.
The responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Partnering with campuses :
- Collaborating closely with Campus Placement Cells and internal Campus Ambassadors to deliver a high-quality campus recruitment program across partner schools and raise company's brand.
- Identify potential new campuses we may recruit from to ensure we are walking the walk of our EDI goals and ambitions.
- Sourcing :
- Responsible for developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to locate the best candidate for the role and making sure we are offering the right people for the right role.
- Partner with hiring managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain an intimate understanding of how the role fits into and implement best practice talent acquisition strategies to provide a consistent experience for everyone.
- Candidate experience:
- Develop creative and innovative ways to share Company's culture and vision and ensure each interaction for the candidate is memorable.
- Data Lead:
- Continuously improving our hiring process and ensure all successes can be translated effectively into data.
- Plan, manage, and facilitate recruitment events on campus and in the office by partnering with campus contacts and our firm's representatives to staff the events.
- Point of contact for all logistics and administration organization and support in the lead up to recruitment days.
