- Manage the End to End Recruitment Life Cycle.
- Handle the Senior Level Hiring/ Corporate Hiring/Leadership Hiring.
- Create recruiting workflow for each new position.
- Research and recommend new sources for building an active and passive candidate database.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to attract appropriate talent.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- High energy and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to engage proactively and continue the relationship with Associate Director
- Hands-on as well as Vendor based hiring
- Compensation negotiation skills
- Very smart personality
- Excellent communication skills - ability to tell a story
