Position : Talent Acquisition Leader The role will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for the global organization and serve our business leaders of multiple verticals, Technology practices, Solutions team & Business functions. You and your team are responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to their next role at the organisation. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers and business leaders Job Description - Create, implement and design Talent acquisition strategy to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes time, quality, cost and diversity of hires, process efficiency and stakeholder management. Should incorporate metrics &amp; talent market knowledge - Inspire a team to deliver results across a complex regional and functional matrix while effectively communicating with global teams and support organizations. - Collaborate with and influence partner relationships with Delivery, Practices, Sales, Operations, HR and Finance teams to ensure overall talent acquisition objects are met. - Work with numbers and draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. - Lead and create leverage through overall sourcing strategies using sourcing optimization funnel to support talent strategy - Develop Employee branding strategy and leverage Social channels for quality hiring - Identifying and optimizing existing sourcing channels and scale recruiting organization resources to create a continuous funnel for key roles in alignment with business needs of the organisation. Experience required on - 12 to 15 years of experience in the enterprise technology sector from roles in industry, executive recruiting and/or consulting. Should have a flavour of strategizing recruiting both from product engineering as well as managed services organisations - Experience of recruiting high performing Technology professionals for IT services company - Experience in managing vendors and the ability to negotiate contracts successfully. - Experience of working with large multilocational talent management team and effectively leverage their skills to derive results as per business need - Should be skilled and experienced in evangelising, developing and leading the organisations campus program to hire top talents from top Engineering and B schools across India Skills Required: - Exceptional analytical skills with ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends. - Excellent leadership skills with a vision and strategy for talent acquisition in a highly dynamic organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. Minimum qualifications: - MBA degree from reputed Institute.
