Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Infrastructure Firm (10-17 yrs)

- To be responsible for providing strategic HR Head and Business Heads on setting recruitment strategy in order to meet ongoing and future resource planning needs.

- Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers and administer all recruitment activities for all 3 businesses.

- Provide the update on all recruitment process and design all talent acquisition processes and ensure effectiveness of all projects.

- Prepared Process Flow for Recruitment.

- Interview and process all letters and analyze all operations including BGV and Thomas profiling of candidates.

- Conducting Campus hiring.

- Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist recruitment team to design all performance standards.

- Able to build a strong effective Talent Acquisition Team and process with defined KRA's.

- Responsible for Recruitment Lead time as per defined SLA's and create bench strength to manage faster replacement & new hiring.

- Managing recruitment as per the hiring cost allocated to departments and approving positions as per budget.

- Conducting BGV- s, and initiating reports and taking decisions accordingly.

- To manage the recruitment systems and processes through the drafting of recruitment plans, setting deliverables, timeframes and overseeing the management of recruitment portfolios in order to ensure recruitment needs are satisfied in a timely and cost effective manner.


- To source, develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agents and agencies in order to source market data, potential candidates and develop the company brand within the region.

- Vendor management includes negotiation on rate, selecting vendors based on the type of requirements (onetime, contractual, contract to hire). Vendor Payment Management.

- Developing recruitment strategies in cost effective manner by focusing on minimizing sourcing cost.

- Managing the Onboarding induction of new employees

- Administer monthly tracking, review and reporting on all HR matters such as Headcount, New Hire, Open Hires, Joiners.

- Preparation of Monthly Management Reports

- Tracking of recruitment metrics: Channel analysis, cost analysis, selection/rejection ratio, quality of hire, average time to hire, Decline Analysis.

- Focusing on retention of talent within organization.

- Developed and Managing Succession planning.
