Our Client : A Leading MNC into healthcare

Major KRA's :

- Manage recruiting team and function in India.

- Responsible for the day to day operations and success of the team.

- Build relationships and strongly partners with Leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and diverse recruitment sources.

- Coordinates information sessions interview trainings, and interviews perspective employees.

- Define, implement and drive recruiting strategy in partnership with Leadership Team and HR Business Partners.

- Develop a trusted relationship with hiring managers with constant collaboration to meet their current and future staffing needs.

- Source, identify and interview candidates for strategic hire positions.

- Initiate and maintain relationships with vendors including creation of college relations programs and campus recruitment but also explore new methods to identify, source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for talents

Ideal Candidate :

- An ideal candidate will be someone with a proven track record of 7+ years in management/leadership with a passion for talent acquisition. Full Time MBA preferred.
