Title: Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition The Role: - To manage a recruitment team and upscale the hiring process. It is a comprehensive role where you shall be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of tech and non-tech recruitment. You would get to work closely with engineers and product team to deeply understand the requirements of the vacant role, the function and how it fits into the organization. Moreover, with the advantage of your background, you would have conversational technology knowledge allowing you to interact with the hiring managers and prospective candidates. - The role also involves strategic bent of mind as you would be required to develop different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns. You will be involved in finding, engaging and activating passive candidates through the use of inbound and outbound sourcing techniques. You shall also be required to regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders and recommend and implement improvements that positively impact talent pipelines. Desired Experience: - Should have worked in VC funded start-up companies and scaled the company from from 100 to 500. Work Ex: 6+ Years of overall experience (3+ yrs with a high growth product company) Qualification: B.E/ B Tech preferred Hands-on in: - sourcing with in-house recruiting team, search firm or agency - managing a team of recruiters - assimilating technical job specifications, skill requirements and creating JDs - developing and executing newer techniques of candidate research and lead generation - handling salary negations and offer letter generation - creating and maintaining various recruiting matrices and report - engaging and activating passive candidates Must-haves: - Good communication skills - Team management skills - Sharp Negotiation Skills
