Resposibilities
Process Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for smooth execution of day to day recruitment related activities to ensure adherence and delivery against all Recruitment SLAs especially Cost and Hiring TAT & accountable for the overall success of the Recruitment team.
2. Responsible for creating effective employer branding within the organization.
3. Drive adherence to all process Compliance and regulatory requirements as per Workday, SOP, Policies and guidelines to develop and maintain a strong and effective recruitment machinery.
4. Work closely with Delivery Leader, Sourcing Specialist & Channel Managers to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal channel utilization, yield and on time delivery.
Stakeholder Responsibilities:
1. Manage Hiring delivery for the concerned LOB across sites and Bands within agreed SLA and cost & ensure on time communication/update to LOB to resolve Hiring related queries and update information
2. Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate & substantive data with the Delivery leader.
3. Establish a recognizable - employer of choice- reputation for the company, both internally and externally
4. Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process. Build strong relationships with Business partners through tactical & strategic engagements.
People Responsibilities:
1. Assign work to the team members to ensure equal load balance within the team, guide and support them to prioritize and ensure on time closures
2. Increase the brand value of the Recruitment team within and outside the Organization by creating a healthy work-life balance, transparent performance evaluation, regular & effective connects, encourage constant feedback & closure to ensure a highly positive work culture that brings out the - Best in People
3. Regular & appropriate training interventions to enhance the resource quotient of the team on domain knowledge, market intelligence/best practices and related recruitment competencies & process related changes to be step ahead of the evolving Organization needs and practices.
4. Ensure on time closure of all administrative team management activities - P4P, RnR, 1X1, Leave Planning, work load distribution, sharing monthly performance dashboard & recruiter scorecard etc.
5. Invest in people to deliver strong succession plans and build career path for all team members to progressively develop them for enhanced roles and responsibilities and satisfy their learning needs.
Financial Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Offers are contained within the grid and approval matrix followed. Any exceptions should be as per exception approval matrix and responsible for overall delivery as per recruitment budgets.
2. Ensure zero extension on Hiring TAT on any grounds other than those approved by HR Leader
3. Ensure Cost Per Hire metric is tracked, measured and improved to drive the overall efficiencies by optimal utilization of all channels
4. Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost & quality
Required Skills:
- Education - Graduate in any discipline
- 8 yr+ experience in Recruitment / Staffing roles preferably in BPO / KPO / financial services industry/IT services industry.
- Excellent spoken & written English language skills
- Understands clients- needs to deliver right staffing solutions
- Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to identify & evaluate the right talent
Desired Skills:
- Post graduation in HR.
- Experience of working in a banking set up would be an added advantage.
- Experience of hiring for niche technology domains.
Work Timings - 11.30 am - 8.30 pm
