Experience: 58 years (Minimum 3 years in BFSI, Fintech, or Technology hiring).
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and create recruitment plans to fill roles within timelines and budgets.
- Partner with hiring managers to clearly define job roles, required skills, and selection criteria.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive research.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for key and future roles.
- Handle the complete hiring process from screening to offer rollout, background checks, and onboarding.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process, ensuring a great experience.
- Share regular hiring updates and reports with internal teams.
- Support employer branding and help improve hiring processes.
- Conduct proper joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
What Were Looking For:
- 58 years of recruitment experience, preferably with 3+ years in BFSI, Fintech, or Tech roles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple positions at a time and deliver results.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic hiring data.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

- Based in Mumbai and living near
- Central Line: Dadar to Kalyan
- Western Line: Dadar to Borivali
- Harbour Line: Airoli to Ghansoli
