- Mature professional with right attitude for welcoming talent, lot of initiative, capable of innovating wrt talent management etc

- Passionate about recruitment, have no generalist ambitions, started career in consultancy & now in Corporate; role is 80% recruitment

- MBA, 8-10 years of experience, 32-35 years of age, Lady only
