- It an individual role, one support staff will be there to help this role in day to day transactional activities.
- Handling hiring for entire Pune for all roles like Branch Banking, CASA, Retail Liabilities Assets etc.
- Managing Mass hiring's
- Relocation candidates can apply with only 1 month notice period.
- Should have good interpersonal skills. Ability to manage, motivate and lead team. Should possess relationship building skills.
- Education - MBA preferred
- Cost Efficiency Through Process, Customer orientation& to put Customer benefit first. Problem Solving & Positive Attitude.
- Must have good English communication & Good Communication skills.
- Good Team player.
- Must be presentable.
- The incumbent must be a Graduate or Post Graduate(Preferably from Good B school).Understanding of BFSI Industry will be an added advantage.
- Seasoned & Mature in hiring good numbers
