Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Automotive Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)
Antal hiring a leading Automotive Manufacturing MNC
Reports to - Site HR Leader and Group Country Head HR
Location - Pune
The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition is to deliver high-quality recruitment services to a variety of functions & levels across the organization
- Leading the end to end recruitment process.
- Develop, implement and improve a strategic approach to identifying and securing best in class talent.
- Develop and articulate recruitment and sourcing strategy for open requisitions with consistent feedback and status
updates to hiring managers - revising strategy as needed.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Collaborate with senior leaders in developing marketing strategies for their critical roles; partner with hiring
managers and practice group leaders to play a key role in the design, implementation, and management of workforce
planning processes.
- Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts to provide leadership insight for
better informed decisions.
- Ensure adherence to policies and act as an internal control representative for recruiting related matters.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree with the specialization in HR
- MNC Exposure is the must
- Minimum 10 yrs of experience in an HR function & Automotive Industry
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
