Experience - 7 year to 12 year.
Job Responsibility :
- Lead and own the recruitment cycle which includes managing the end to end process of attracting and on - boarding the right talent internally/ external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirement on time.
- Working with HRBP team, line managers and senior leadership to define talent needs for specific roles and get the appropriate Job Description
- Based on the brief, selecting and working with the right sourcing channel/partner to get suitable profiles.
- Being a catalyst in getting the right panel availability to select. Being a strong and discerning selector of talent.
