Experience : Min 10 yrs with At least 2-3 years of experience in other HR functions
Education : Graduate and MBA HR ( Regular Only)
Job Purpose : Lead talent acquisition activities at the corporate level alongwith strategic HR initiatives.
KRA:
The position is responsible to coordinate with hiring managers, attract and source right skills and right candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, negotiate offer, ensure on time joining and close all open positions within the defined TAT, align talent acquisition goals to the business goals.
-Conduct domain specific tests for the scheduled candidates;
- Track new employee joining and initiate background verification as per process. Ensure background verification is completed as per timelines and process.
- Vendor management and ensure timely payments to all vendors.
