Senior Manager - Survey Programming

- Project Management of highly complex studies

- MUST have strong Confirmit or Decipher experience

- Stay up-to-date of technical developments

- Quality assurance - reviewing members deliverables, error logs and scripts

- Working closely on critical projects to streamline the process as required

- 1st POC for escalation and tactical decision making

- Manage group of survey programmers and other line supervisors

- Drives quality compliance within team

- Drive efficiency gain across clients

- Minimum Team size of 15+

- Ensuring regular performance review and constant development of team members

- Ensuring highly motivated and charged workforce

- Mentoring and guiding team members

- Create Excel-based reporting tools, export results to Excel and PowerPoint

- Must have experience working at a market research supplier
