Senior Manager - Supply Chain Operations - Pharma (12-16 yrs)

We are looking Sr.Manager Supply Chain Operations at Mumbai.

Major experience in SCM :

- Customer service

- Warehousing

- Logistic

- Custom clearance

- Demand Planning

Educational Qualification and Experience :

- Masters or equivalent

- Experience: 15+ years- in supply chain operations/customer service in Pharma/ Medical/ FMCG

- Experience in team handling

-Experience in Digital Transformation in SCM

Key Responsibilities:

1) Leading & guiding the Supply Chain Operations team of 25+ people including C&F. To supervise the Customer Service, Logistics operation - Bhiwandi, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Bhiwadi.

2) Heading 2 Assistant Managers in area of Customer Service along with Zonal SCM, Logistics for one Point of contact to Internal & External Customer for P&L Business

3) Order Fulfillment & Customer Complaints

4) Dispatch & Delivery Matrix

5) Project Management

4) SCM control for Delhi, Kolkata & Guwahati C&F

KRAs & Specific Roles:

1) Operations Management :-

a) Leading & guiding the Supply Chain Operations team of 25+ people including C&F.

b) Order to Delivery Operations Leader handling team of Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistics including factory locations of Hyderabad and Bhiwadi.

c) Supporting Business with responsibility of Order to Cash in P&L of the company for 5000+ SKU's.

d) Customer Complaints and settlement within TAT especially Goods Return

e) Apt and quick in escalations handling & problem solving at various operational issues.

f) Team Handling & leadership skills to manage Assistant Managers, Sr. Executives, Executives and Officers including third party employees.

g) Optimum utilization of available resources in terms of Platforms, applications and building various digital initiatives.

h) Monthly Review of the entire Operations to meet KPI's and drive projects with the team.

i) Liaise with Local, Regional and Global IT team for various operational systems and process improvements by developing and improving applications.

2) Project Management :-

a) Project Management 

b) Lean Distribution

c) Order Fulfillment Ratio, New System Integration and Voice of Customer.

d) Factory Global Export project and heading entire operations.

e) Operational Excellence & Lean Management along with process improvements.

3) Cost & Audit Management:-

a) Logistics Cost for all the entities

b) Lean Savings Initiatives for Oyster

c) Various annual Audits and requirements from local and regional auditors. (Stock, Sales, Complaints, etc)
