- Solving for scalable & reliable designs to improve supply chain performance in terms of cost, reliability, speed & customer experience

- Closely working with multiple stakeholders such as Planning/Product/Tech./Operations to solve problems with targeted designs & develop/deploy on ground

- Solving for faster scale.

- Striking a balance between efficiency & scale

- Solutioning of supply chain capabilities required to launch new verticals

- Re-engineering of existing constructs/capabilities & benchmarking against best practises

- Coming up with changes or replacements or extensions of current capabilities/constructs

- Setting benchmarks, defining success metrics for projects, monitor project pilots and ascertain project success/failure
