We are looking out for a Senior Manager - Subscriber Marketing with a TOP Brand

Location - Mumbai

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

- Customer Lifecycle & Subscription management - Drive app download, logins, subscription, free to paid conversion, upgrades, downgrade, churn management using analytics and viewership data. Create micro / segmented campaigns and constant A/B testing

- Go to Market Strategy: Define the GTM for taking the app to the market. Increase the app awareness and adoption. Cross-functional team alignment and working

- Drive Growth: Drive the AOP goals. Understand various components and drivers of growth, along with the trends (like traffic, conversion, user engagement, repeat behavior, etc) and create actionable programs leading to user growth. Ability to drive large-scale projects, experiments, and smaller tweaks with equal ease. Experience in visualizing and defining customer journeys, along with business rules to ensure ease of product adoption and higher offtake

- Drive Brand Revenue and subscriber base

- Brand Acquisition: Drive Acquisitions. Work closely with Cross-functional teams and channels like Communications & Digital, Sales, Field, etc to drive programs and campaigns on acquisitions. Monitor and improve the quality of new acquisitions.

- Brand Engagement: Drive engagement to ensure stickiness on brand basis right content push to the consumers, relevant communication.

- Brand Retention: Craft campaigns to ensure high retention on Brand, drive free trials to paid conversions and upgrades

- Brand Revenue: Device programs and campaigns to drive upselling and overall Revenues for the product

- Set goals for cross-functional multiple projects and work well with multiple cross-functional teams to achieve the common goal

- The incumbent will be involved in drafting and devising business rules, customer journeys and laying out the framework of the Brand

Use analytics to :

- Drive segmented campaigns to ensure increased renewal & Ads on sales

- Drive campaigns to ensure recharge before deactivations

- Drive win-back campaigns to reactivate the de-active subscribers

- Drive new-age businesses by creating GTM strategies & driving roll out to the right market

- Drive Brand Revenue and subscriber base

Skills:

- Strategic thinker balanced with a strong grasp of details. Must possess the ability to switch between execution & strategy mode most effortlessly.

- Ability to observe trends, patterns, understand consumer preferences, and generate insights to maximize subscriber satisfaction & engagement on the platform.

- Constant collaboration with multiple teams like Field, Customer ops, Content, Communications, IT, Technology, Finance, and within commercial to drive important initiatives & projects for new subs engagement. Understand, design, and implement subscriber policies and ensure the execution of the same across all the stakeholders

- Hands-on experience of working on tools like Mixpanel, MoEngage, Clevertap, Appsflyer, etc is preferred.

- Education: MBA/ PG Diploma in Marketing

Experience:

- 6 to 9 years of Total Work experience

- Experience in subscription OTT domain knowledge & app revenue management preferred

- Managing acquisition/ revenue/retention

- Customer Lifecycle management

- Experience or certification in using digital tools & app-based marketing

- Experience in campaign management

- Experience in customer behavior understanding and using data and trends to execute customer segmentation and targeting

- Be comfortable with ambiguity and start-up level scale and environment
