Senior Manager - Strategy/Sales/Operations/Customer Services - Automotive & Heavy Industry - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

We are hiring for a consulting organization based at Bangalore/Mumbai in operations, Customer services, Sales & Marketing Strategy role for Automotive and Heavy industry / Machinery industry.

Experience :

- MBA TIER 1/Tier 2 with 11-15 yrs experience in handling projects related to Sales & Marketing Strategy & Process Optimization

Role & Responsibilities :

- Providing strategy and operations consulting to leading players in Auto and industrial / Heavy Machinery sectors.

- Responsible for assisting Clients in defining their operating models, identify improvement opportunities for their business across sales/ Marketing & operations

- Design and implementation of sales organization and channel structure

- Hands on experience in following areas - Digital marketing, process improvement for Sales marketing / Customer services operations.

- Conceptualizing and Strategic road map for implementation of new innovative processes

- Helping in Process optimization, process transformation and business strategy.

- Identify and work on business development opportunities, Lead or be part of client site visits and presentations

- Ensure to proposed solutions with the client team
