Senior Manager - Strategy & PM - IIT/IIM/BITS

Role is more of internal consultant to Academic, Curriculum, Operations, T&D and Placements team - wherein the person will be responsible end to end program management for the MBA program.

This is a high impact role in which you would be responsible for creating and managing the overall student experience from joining till the graduation.

- Complete responsibility of creating a blueprint for program, curriculum structure, academic calendar, evaluation, training & development, extra curricular activities, industry interaction leading to placements.

- Drive adoption of technology and LMS among students, faculty and other academic teams.

- Create and continuously track employability curve for every student and take real time action.
