Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations - Consulting Firm (11-18 yrs)
- As a Senior Manager - Strategy and Operations. This position will own the strategic initiatives that shall improve efficiencies across Tech and Engineering teams as well as take up new strategic projects that have a wider impact considering the growth trajectory.
- This reports to Head of Strategy and Operations and works closely within the CEOs office.
Job Synopsis :
- Working with business function leads, play a key role in setting up the building blocks for business expansion
- Research the market and bring market intelligence to inform the strategy team
- Build deep partnerships across multiple teams globally and in the industry
- Engage with multiple teams and program manage key strategic initiatives for the organization
Candidate Background :
- 8+ years of experience overall
- Experience in advising clients on technology strategy and digital transformation
- MBA from Tier 1 business school
- Ability to define strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Ability to design, prioritize, plan, and track large scale programs
- Skilled in power point, excel, project management and other analytical tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leading without authority skills
