Senior Manager - Strategy & Corporate Planning - Infrastructure Division - Real Estate (12-18 yrs)

The Client : A renowned group diversified into Real Estate, Energy, Hospitality and Education. This role is for the infrastructure division.

The Purpose of the role is two fold :

- Analyze and evaluate internal business plans that involves financial forecasting, market analysis, competitive intelligence analysis, looking at various options for growth and feasibility analysis

- Set out the actions required and identifies the resources available, to deliver the stated aims and objectives

Role content (including but not limited to) : 

- Create and maintain an opportunity funnel for growth in line with management expectations

- Develop strategies to realize commercial opportunities with minimal risk to business.

- Sales planning and key initiatives to support sales growth

- Update market information on the competition products / services and how it compares

- Decision support to the management in terms of data analysis, risk vs returns, market research

- Scenario planning

- Monitor industry legislative developments and make changes as appropriate to ensure compliance

- Participation in industry events and trade fairs to identify new trends and opportunities

- Provide need based support to other businesses on strategy and sales execution.

- Contribute to the pricing / costing areas (ie) sales and purchase of land / real estate etc

- Managing rights and obligations under the company's key commercial agreements and regulatory bodies.

- Provide ongoing MIS on internal and external parameters and trends to the management.

- Work closely with the sales team to get continuous customer feedback and incorporate the same in business operations for continuous improvement.

The Person for the role :

- PG in Mgmt with at least 12 to 18 years of experience in Sales/Business Development Strategy and planning areas preferably in real estate space.

- Experience in opportunity identification, business planning and driving execution in a larger scale to meet business objectives.

- Number savvy, analytical bent of mind with ability to articulate strategic plans in terms of data with cost benefits

- Excellent stakeholder management skills that drives planning and execution at senior levels

- High level of awareness in terms of industry updates, sources of opportunities
