1. Conduct detailed market study and competition benchmarking; analyze and develop a deep understanding of industry trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape. 2. Provide big picture perspective to ensure alignment of actions with Company's vision. 3. Actively shape the future portfolio options for company considering global and local consumer trends. 4. Prepare mid/long-term strategic business plan in close consultation with top management. 5. Contribute actively in formulating business decisions through rigorous fact finding and analysis. 6. Lead complex cross-functional projects and drive for results and tangible outcomes quickly. 7. Continuously identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement; evaluate opportunity, formulate business case, conduct scenario analysis (as applicable) and present to top management to facilitate decision making. 8. Conceptualize, drive, facilitate and coordinate key strategic projects such as Digital Transformation, Profitability Improvement, Product Portfolio, etc.; facilitate periodic reviews and ensure timely execution. 9. Evaluate M&A opportunities for attractiveness and fit; conduct diligence process, as and when required. 10 Work closely with external agencies such as consulting firms, investment banks, etc Note : Prefer Candidates with B.Tech/B.E (Finance/Operations/SCM) and MBA from a premier institute with 8-12 years of working experience in Corporate Strategy function or in Strategy Consulting domain.
