Senior Manager - Strategy & Consulting - B2C eCommerce/Consumer Internet (6-9 yrs)
An exciting opportunity wherein we are looking to hire a Senior Leader in the consumer, consumer internet & retail practice who would need to play an execution leader role across advisory projects such as commercial due diligence, growth strategy and performance improvement. This is a pure client facing and direct client managing role where an individual will be responsible for end to end project management and assisting in business development activities such as pitch / point of view preparation and presentation to the potential client.
If you are a Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 1 Institute with the proven experience in Corporate Strategy in a scaled ecommerce marketplace/ Consumer Tech/ Consumer Internet firm part of CEO Office/COO Office/ Corporate Strategy team owning the client account and project delivery along with managing pre and post deal (commercial and business due diligence, performance improvement for global clients in B2C Ecommerce/ Internet domain then please read on and apply!
YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER:

- Managing end to end Business Advisory (Strategy, Performance Improvement, Business Transformation) and Pre and post deal (commercial and business due diligence, performance improvement) for global clients in Consumer Internet space
- Supporting in building new areas on consumer and internet through point of view development - this could be both a sector or a function / tool for performance improvement
- Drawing out solutions & analysis, guiding the team to conduct the analysis and bringing out the key findings, answering the core questions and finally creating & presenting the final outputs to the client
- Managing the team (4-5 Senior associate / analysts) and the client in a project
- Managing certain practice management areas, for consumer and larger CSG
- Assisting in pitches / proposals / point of view documents for business development to both PE and corporate clients
- Developing the consumer team through hiring and training
- Masters from Top B Schools with 6-8 years of relevant experience into management consulting and / or corporate strategy dealing with global clients in Consumer Internet/ B2C E-commerce business
- Strong understanding of the sector, dynamics of the sector, functional advisory experience, consumer internet trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
- Proven experience in client facing and direct client managing role where an individual will be responsible for end to end project management and assisting in business development activities such as pitch / point of view preparation and presentation to the potential client.
- Ability to innovate to solve complex business problems with automation and tech solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company's spokesperson
- Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving, multi tasker, critical thinker and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
