Job Responsibilities:-
- To manage Branches as Channels to achieve the assigned targets on Installations and to get sustained volumes through EDC.
- To manage and mentor the Sales Team.
- Coordination with various departments like RISK, CREDIT, RETAIL BRANCHES to ensure smooth transition of the process from application login stage to setup stage.
- Ensure revenue is generated from the existing merchants by addressing their queries.
- Assist the merchants for payment related queries such as Settlement, Chargeback/Retrieval requests, Payment Hold issues.
- Educate Merchants on different kind of frauds and risks on Card business.
- Track accounts effectively for discovering future possibilities for sales while achieving the same in a shorter cycle ensuring revenue realization on time.
- Devise solutions as per customer needs and provided commercially & financially viable solutions
