Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives


Primary Role :

- Client is looking for a highly driven Sr. Manager/Director of Strategic initiatives to work closely with executive leadership to spearhead strategic and transformational enterprise initiatives in India.


- You will work closely with India leadership to understand strategic priorities and translate them into robust, scalable programs.


- In this role, you will also play an integral role in overseeing large, cross-functional projects across the organization, and direct focus on key success metrics.


- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar business transformation role with focus on executive-level strategy development, program and change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do :

- Work closely with the Managing Director, India and Chief Technology Office in the strategic planning of enterprise-level programs and initiatives that focus on growth, people, and innovation

- Work with key internal stakeholders to translate strategies into detailed program blueprints

- Provide program structures to oversee large, cross-functional enterprise-level initiatives

- Establish robust program governance and dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators

- Drive research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic decisioning

- Enable strategic communication for enterprise programs at both India and Global level

- Plan and lead local-level executive meetings and strategy workshops

- Identify and provide recommendations on opportunities for improvement across the organization

Basic qualifications :

- 8+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of strategy, business consulting and/or program management

- Broad exposure to and hands-on experience with business transformation, program management, change management, and people leadership

- Experience in a technology or product company will be an added advantage

- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills

- High degree of flexibility and strong collaboration skills

- Proven ability to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plans

- Entrepreneurial attitude, creative and driven with a penchant to lead change

- Organized, results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
