Purpose:
The successful candidate will drive efficiency within distribution and incubate new streams of business growth for ABSLI through drive new product launch & adoption, analytics, digital initiatives for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product launches and adoption targets
- Manage all the pre launch activities centrally
- Working along with Marketing, products, training team to create the launch and sustenance plan
- Dashboards - performance update
- Share product performance insights with the leadership
- Manage and drive analytics for distribution
- Design & deploy PASA
- propensity campaign
- Identifying the product/customer to focus for PASA/propensity
- Work along with analytics team to get the base
- Formulate the campaign along with marketing for release to advisors/customers
- Publish regular conversion to the teams for the governance call and drive adoption
- Identify and drive key automation projects across DDM with a focus to improve efficiency, leverage automation to add value

Job Specifications
Education: MBA in marketing with experience in Digital Marketing, analytics, campaign management.
Years of Experience: With around 5 - 7 years experience in digital marketing, analytics & digital products.
