Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances
- Identify new strategic partners based on research, meetings and sizing the opportunity
- Develop relationships with corporate leaders at the target partner, engaging in strategic discussions and overseeing the process and closing the deal.
- To use own's understanding of the industry and the competitive landscape in order to develop strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets, accelerate its growth and respond to challenges.
- Generation and management of sustainable pipeline of opportunities which help the organization to drive business growth for the future.
- Need to establish sufficient prospective opportunities with Financial service organizations, telcos, retailers, fintechs, eCommerce players, etc .
- Build relationships with the decision-makers with prospective partners.
- Exceptional Collaboration and Influencing Skills; the ability to- work closely with various business unit leaders and their teams.
- Communicating well-structured, data-driven, and clearly articulated points-of-view to influence and meet stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Skills & Experience :
- 5-6 years experience in forging strategic tie-ups in the financial industry, preferably Life Insurance
- MBA from reputed institutes
- Excellent communication skills, Stakeholder management, well adept in presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Must be perseverant and results-oriented
