Senior Manager - Stock Brokering & DP Operations

Opening for Stock Broking & DP Operations position based at Bangalore Location. The details are given below.

1) Minimum 5 years of working in Stock broking and Dp operations

2) Experience in Back office/Dp operations work in a stock broking/Securities Firm, Mutual Fund, etc

3) Experience in Equity & Operations, Demat

4) Experience working in Broking industry

5) Experience in CDSL/NSDL DP System

6) Be Agile and highly collaborative, Communicate impressively

7) Strong Analytical acumen and problem solving

8) Co-ordinating with back office vendor to resolve system

9) Manager and control overall functioning and supervision of the depository operations

10) To manage, train, and control teams responsible for processing all the above products

11) Day to day settlement activities securities pay-in/pay-out

12) Handling back office operations pertaining to buyback, ofs, mf, Dividend & reconciliation

13) Experience in handling audit (Concurrent and internal audit)

14) Internal queries, data requirements and escalations
