Job Description : - Lead the team in statutory audit &amp; limited review of listed &amp; private companies across diversified sectors such as Logistics, Media, IT and Service Industries Compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, Corporate Governance and Compliance requirements under Corporate and Tax Laws Assisted client in Ind AS implementation and other regulatory updates. - Independently assisted listed entity on implementation on Ind AS 115 &amp; 116 Consolidation in a global organization with 120+ subsidiaries across India and foreign locations Assisted the team in Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR)&nbsp; - Preparing process notes, identification of risk &amp; controls, preparing RCMs &amp; flowchart and testing implementation of processes and advised clients on process changes to improve internal controls. - Experience of supporting global engagements with Group reporting requirement Lead tax audit, transfer pricing &amp; stock audit of various companies&nbsp; - Liaising with various departments across the company to proactively provide financial insights to client - Developed comprehensive understanding of client's business, key processes and related controls, to provide an efficient and effective - no surprises- risk-based audit. - Effectively used business understanding to validate financial results and to provide independent, value added feedback to management on business, control and financial reporting issues - Good level of technical knowledge, judgement and has ability to develop a well- reasoned and researched arguments on financial related issues - Experience of leading and monitoring team of 12-15 members on active assignment and counseling juniors, supervising their work, assisting and motivating them to deliver their best performance
