Senior Manager - Statutory Audit - Big4 - CA

- We are recruiting for a Sr. Manager in the Audit team. Working as a Sr. Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team of graduates and qualified Executives, Seniors and AMs working on on shore audits for the Netherlands

- Managing international clients and leading the audits

- Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements

- Act as main point of contact for onshore departments and build strong relationships with key contacts in the Netherlands

- Work with the senior management and key Netherlands contacts to develop business and grow the team

- Make regular contact with Netherlands to ensure staff are booked to audits and utilized effectively and take feedback on quality of work delivered

- Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from onshore

- Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews

- Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.

- Work with L&D team to identify training needs

- Work with Recruitment team to support hiring needs.

Mandatory Skills :

- Qualifications: Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)

- Total Experience: The candidate must have 7+ years of experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients

- Experience in Insurance sector is must

- In depth knowledge of Audit for corporate and/or international clients

- Prior exposure to IFRS

- Understanding of international GAAP and hedge funds will be an added advantage

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
