Job Opportunity in Mumbai/Bangalore for a professional who can take up the role as Senior Manager Staffing/RMG holding experience of around 10 years of experience and 5 to 7 years in staffing & RMG. You will be responsible for driving staffing fulfilment across business/delivery units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reviewing the demand against the overall revenue growth

- Collaborating with delivery teams and identifying the availability of people

- Driving the manpower planning while analyzing people available and revenue forecast

- Working closely with recruitment team while analyzing the supply gap and planning for hiring on bench

- Working closely training need identification and cross skilling to effectively manage the deployment

- Driving the governance and cadence within the team and business units

- Continuous improvement using automation techniques and alternative methods

- Preparing PPT & dashboards using Excel/Power BI based reports for leadership presentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Post graduate with overall 10 years of experience and 5 to 7 years in staffing & RMG

- Exposure in IT industry having handled not less than 500 employees

- Should have managed resource requirements and on time fulfilment, demand vs supply analysis, utilization, bench management and related KPIs

- Should be creative in terms of designing collateral and creating the buzz

- Should have excellent presentation and excel skills and should have worked on BI

- Should have experience of process redesign and improvement, having knowledge of resource and bench

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, experience of managing senior stakeholders
