Job Opportunity in Mumbai/Bangalore for a professional who can take up the role as Senior Manager Staffing/RMG holding experience of around 10 years of experience and 5 to 7 years in staffing & RMG. You will be responsible for driving staffing fulfilment across business/delivery units. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reviewing the demand against the overall revenue growth - Collaborating with delivery teams and identifying the availability of people - Driving the manpower planning while analyzing people available and revenue forecast - Working closely with recruitment team while analyzing the supply gap and planning for hiring on bench - Working closely training need identification and cross skilling to effectively manage the deployment - Driving the governance and cadence within the team and business units - Continuous improvement using automation techniques and alternative methods - Preparing PPT &amp; dashboards using Excel/Power BI based reports for leadership presentation.
