Senior Manager - Sourcing & Procurement - Supply Chain Management - IT (14-20 yrs)

Job Summary :

- You will be aligned with our Supply Chain and Operations vertical and help us in the system of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to customer.

- You will be working as a part of Sourcing & procurement team which is responsible for e-Sourcing execution, contract management and life cycle support. We are looking for individuals who are conversant in the features, functionality and applicability of a few sourcing platforms.

- You will be responsible for Supply Chain Management where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits.


- It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and includes all processes that transform raw materials into final products.


- Skills required are a deep knowledge of requisition processing / procurement workflow and documentation management, knowledge of MS office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Power point etc., fluency in written / verbal English.

Good to have skills : Analytics Solutions, Leadership quality, Project Management

In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility.


- The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.


- Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility. 


- Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within the client, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters.


- Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments.


- Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.


- Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within the client
