Senior Manager - Social Media Marketing - Internet/Online (7-13 yrs)
- Take complete ownership for the social innovations program and maintain a roadmap
- Work seamlessly with the social media team on all major campaigns, both creatively, as well as for reporting and measurement
- Work with the larger marketing team to create monthly content innovations and make the brand synonymous with disruptive and memorable
- Social media events
- Actively scour social tech for innovation formats, reach drivers and intelligence that can help our content strategy deliver disproportionately
- Bring rigour and objectivity to our social media program through maintaining and reporting accepted metrics
- Set up and monitor listening posts for each campaign and infer nuances that can help inform our social media, as well as larger, communication strategy
- Be able to discern trends and patterns from Reach/Engagement Data on a Creative/Campaign/Page level and plan future course of actions basis that
- Create and disseminate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports both on our own brand strategy, as well as the competitive landscape
