Senior Manager - Skilling Projects - NGO (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Identify and generate leads for potential customers / donors (directly / indirectly) to explore potential skilling business opportunities
2. Manage skilling projects funded under CSR initiatives.
3. Work on end to end program management - Strategy design, implementation and program monitoring for various skilling projects.
4. Preparing customized proposals as per the requirement of the corporates/grant giving agencies
5. Conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit new project implementation partners
6. Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner.
7. Independently manage external stakeholder conversations with corporates as well as implementation partners
8. Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.
9. Work on base data and analysis for program management and insights.
10. Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
11. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form.
12. Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across the service lines of Samhita.
13. Support the interns and volunteers for field research, survey and developing information on Samhita Verticals.
