The positions are part of Quality Team that aims to drive high impact initiatives delivering business process and quality improvements across business functions.The person need to identify business problems/opportunities & solve them to stakeholder satisfaction through use of quality improvement frameworks utilizing IT as key enabler.
These positions are responsible for high impact projects having organization's wide ramifications with significant impact on revenue/cost so the required candidates need to have the following:-
Must Have:-
From Tier-I B-Schools
Black Belt certification
Should have handled high impact complex projects with multiple stakeholders in Quality/process improvements.
Would be better to have :-
Six Sigma Certification
Experience in BFSI
