Roles & Responsibilities of profile:

Btech - Electrical

Experience : 18+ Years

1. Responsible for Planning, Organizing, and Supervising overall day to day operations & Maintenance of IDC Building.

2. Responsible for maintenance and service of Civil (Interior\Exterior), Electrical system, DGs, Fire Alarm System, HVAC systems, BMS, Access Control, Video Surveillance.

3. AMC and Vendor management.

4. Material / Spares Inventory Management.

5. Asset Management.

6. Preparation and implementation of various equipment's SOP, MOP, checklist etc.

7. Shift planning and deployment of manpower efficiently.

8. Various DC Infra reports i.e. daily, weekly and monthly reports.

9. Responsible for overall Internal and external ISO audits.

10. Timely verification of energy bill and follow up for payments, maintain load & power factor to achieve max incentives

11. DC rack space and capacity management.

12. Physical security controls and fire safety management.

13. CAPEX and OPEX Budget.
